All Living Trendz products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Check individual product descriptions on our website for specific warranty details.
Exclusions:
Physical or liquid damage.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse or neglect.
Under RTB terms:
You cover return shipping costs to us.
We repair or replace the item and cover return delivery to you.
To claim warranty service:
Return the product to the Living Trendz store where it was purchased.
Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Damage, wear, discoloration, fading, or mould on upholstery, stitching, fabric, or leather.
Breakages from misuse (e.g., dragging or throwing furniture).
Natural Materials: Furniture is handcrafted with natural materials like wood, making each piece unique in grain and texture.
Furniture Care: Chairs, lounges, and dining sets are durable but not indestructible—avoid misuse to maintain longevity.
