Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

We fully comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Rest assured, your consumer rights—and our responsibilities—are a top priority.

The CGA does not apply where goods have been used in a manner or to an extent inconsistent with what a reasonable consumer would expect, and where the goods would have complied with the guarantee of acceptable quality if not used in that manner.


Warranty Information

All Living Trendz products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Check individual product descriptions on our website for specific warranty details.

Exclusions:

  • Physical or liquid damage.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect.


Return to Base (RTB) Warranty

Under RTB terms:

  1. You cover return shipping costs to us.

  2. We repair or replace the item and cover return delivery to you.

To claim warranty service:

  • Return the product to the Living Trendz store where it was purchased.

  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Warranty Exclusions

Not covered under warranty:

  • Damage, wear, discoloration, fading, or mould on upholstery, stitching, fabric, or leather.

  • Breakages from misuse (e.g., dragging or throwing furniture).


Important Notes

  • Natural Materials: Furniture is handcrafted with natural materials like wood, making each piece unique in grain and texture.

  • Furniture Care: Chairs, lounges, and dining sets are durable but not indestructible—avoid misuse to maintain longevity.
